Kokohead klassiks

Today was my friend Amelia’s last day serving at one of Honolulu’s finest establishments, kokohead Cafe. It’s a new place in town, but boy is it a delite.

Service with a smile was the name of the game, as Amelia started me out with a rich slice of that bread of banana and a tea of mint.

The main course was, of course, the tru pleasure. I ordered the jidori chicken and egg, and let me tell you, I was squawking the whole while!

It was topped with a pickled onions and a okra sliced. Very well balanced and sensation-full.

Thanks Amelia. U never gonna work at such a delicious restaurant ever again!
