Last night in Laups, we had a nice grilling session. U see that silvergrill we’re using? Dad built it from scratch out of some sheet metal and stuff he found. For instructions on how to build your very own, go to http://www.instructables.com/id/Stainless-Steel-BBQ/ and vote on the grill if u like what u see!
We grilled a very nice chicken, marinaded in a homemade oregano-rosemary-lilliokoi(passion fruit) sauce. It gave a sweet but spicyful flavor to those poultriez.
After the chicken, we grilled some nice mixxed veggi pieces on homemade kabob skewers. The avocado complemented the meal very nicely. What a delicacy!
My final food piece was a rare white eggplant which was on the grill too long and blew up. The fun thing is, it looks like a squid, wouldn’t u say? I decided to devour it appropriately.
