The other night, Amelia was kind enough to offer her 1/2Italian genes 2 make us her special family pasta sauce. In her family, it is known as the “Rolls Royce” of pasta sauce. And boy, will it make you roll with pleasure!
The thing with homemade sauce is, it takes a long time to build. We took a bunch of diced tomatoes added in ground beef, olives, mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and something else that I can’t remember. Then u gotta slow-cook it for what seems like hours! It becomes real rich and thick.
I had a special request for some heavy sweating in my next devour post, so here you go! As you can see, Mitch and I were dripping with sweat by the time we filled our bowls! It was rich, thick and full of good tymez!
